Sweep Dreams Deep Clean

Prices are $250 to $750 and based on square footage and needs of client.

  • Living Room/Dining Room/Laundry Room

    • Dust all surfaces, including shelves, picture frames, and electronics.

    • Vacuum carpets or rugs.

    • Wipe down baseboards and light switches.

    • Clean windows and windowsills on inside.

    • Clean blinds

    • Clean Mirrors and make sure they are streak free

    • Light switches

    • Dust and shine coffee tables

    • Dust under items on shelves and tables

    • Dust chandelier over table

    • Remove placemats and shine table

    • Clean under table/highchairs/chairs

    • Baseboards

    • Sweep and mop floors

    • Remove trash

  • Kitchen:

    • Scrub and sanitize countertops and backsplash.

    • Deep clean the oven and stovetop.

    • Sanitize the sink and shine the faucet.

    • Clean under all items on counters

    • Clean and sanitize microwaves

    • Top of fridge

    • Light switches

    • Islands

    • Clean outside of all appliances

    • Baseboards

    • Sweep and mop floors

    • Remove trash

  • Bathrooms:

    • Always deep clean showers

    • Clean and disinfect the toilet.

    • Sanitize countertops

    • Sanitize bathtub

    • Clean grout and tiles.

    • Baseboards

    • Light switches

    • Door knobs

    • Sweep and mop floors

    • Remove all trash

  • Bedrooms:

    • Dust furniture and fixtures.

    • Vacuum and clean carpets or floors.

    • Wipe down baseboards and window sills.

    • Fans

    • Blinds/windowsills/inside windows

    • Pickup items and dust on shelves/cabinets

    • Light switches

    • Dust lamps

    • Picture frames

    • All beds must be stripped and ready for new bedding and the new bedding must out and ready to be put on…..we charge extra for duvets

  • General Areas:

    • Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans.

    • Vacuum air vents and replace filters.

    • Sanitize door handles

    • Dust picture frames

    • Remove all trash

 

 

  • Laundry rooms, pantries, closets, and inside of appliances are not included unless discussed . If you have bunk beds there will be an additional charge.

  • Every client has different needs and I like to be able to tailor my cleanings to each clients needs. I do charge a fee for pre pick up depending on the severity of it. We will discuss at your free consultation.

Sweep Dreams Basic Clean

Prices range from $125 to $750 and goes by square footage and needs of client.

Living Areas:

  • Dust all surfaces, including shelves, picture frames, and electronics.

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs; mop hard floors.

  • Clean windowsills and ledges.

  • Disinfect high-touch areas like light switches and door handles.

  • Fans

  • Remove trash

Kitchen:

  • Wipe down countertops, cabinets, and appliances.

  • Clean the inside and outside of the microwave.

  • Scrub and disinfect the sink.

  • Sweep and mop the floor.

  • Clean outside of refrigerator and top of refrigerator

  • Remove trash

Bathrooms:

  • Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and bathtubs/showers.

  • Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces.

  • Sanitize all light switches

  • Polish chrome fixtures.

  • Empty trash bins and replace liners.

Bedrooms:

  • Dust all surfaces and furniture.

  • Vacuum or mop floors.

  • Fans

  • Wipe down windows and window sills

  • Sanitize all light switches

  • Remove trash
