In today's air tight homes, Indoor Air Quality is a growing concern.  Most household dust contains dust mites, mold, mildew, pollen and animal dander.  Many of these contaminants are circulated through the central air systems in modern homes and can aggravate asthma and allergies.

The System
 

We use the Rotobrush Air Duct Cleaning system.  The Rotobrush machine is small enough to be maneuvered throughout your home, but powerful enough to brush-clean even the dirtiest air ducts.  The Rotobrush is equipped with dual Hepa filters, to ensure dust removed from your ducts is not released back into your home.
Our duct cleaning service is done in three steps:

  1. We will remove and clean your register covers with a biodegradable degreaser to remove cooking oil film, nicotine film, and other dust collecting substances.
  2. We will brush-clean your ducts with the Rotobrush system, starting at the registers and ending with the plenum, main supply and main return ducts.
  3. We will sanitize your ducts with an EPA registered anti-microbial solution commonly used in hospitals and nursing homes. (optional)

The cost for this service is $25 for each register or cold air return. There is a $200 minimum. We also offer an anti-microbial fogging that will prevent mold spores and dust mites from living in your ducts; the cost of this service is $50.
